Gay Men Paddle London: Kayak or Canoe Experience

About this experience

🚣 Friend of Dorothy Gay Men Paddle London: Kayak, Canoe & Paddleboard Experience

PADDLE TOGETHER. MEET GAY MEN. MAKE FRIENDS.

This Friend of Dorothy event is about bringing gay men together in real life to connect, try something new, and build genuine friendships.

Join us at Canalside Activity Centre in Ladbroke Grove for a unique on-the-water experience, paddling through some of London’s most scenic canals. Whether you choose a kayak, canoe, or stand-up paddleboard, this is your chance to get active while meeting people in a relaxed, social setting.

You’ll start in a private basin the perfect space to learn the basics and build confidence before heading out onto the Grand Union Canal, paddling towards Little Venice or Old Oak.

What’s included:
– 2-hour guided session (kayak, canoe, or paddleboard)
– Expert instructors to support you throughout
– Access to showers, changing facilities, and on-site amenities

With a small group, the session is designed to make it easy to connect. No pressure, no awkwardness, just a shared experience that naturally brings people together.

Come solo or with a friend, pick your craft, and enjoy a different way to meet people.

Because sometimes the best way to connect
is to do something completely new, side by side.
