Gay Men's Cooking Club: Empanada Masterclass 

Good food has a way of bringing people together.

Join Friend of Dorothy for a relaxed evening of cooking, conversation and community as we learn to make delicious handmade empanadas from scratch before sitting down to enjoy them together.

WHAT IS IT?

Guided by an experienced chef, you'll discover the art of making authentic empanadas, from preparing the filling and folding the perfect pastry to baking them until golden and delicious.

Whether you're a confident cook or have never stepped foot in a kitchen, this class is designed to be fun, social and completely beginner-friendly.

As the empanadas bake, you'll have plenty of time to chat, enjoy a drink and get to know the other guests before everyone sits down to enjoy the food together.

Come alone or bring a friend. Either way, you'll leave with a new recipe, a full stomach and hopefully a few new friends.
