Payment & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how recurring payments work at Friend of Dorothy, how to cancel, and when refunds apply.

1. Pharmacy treatments (e.g. Hard Anytime)

Who you're buying from. Prescription medicines are prescribed, sold and dispensed by our GPhC-registered pharmacy partner, PharmaExpo Ltd (registration no. 9012851). Friend of Dorothy runs the website and customer experience.

When you're charged.

• Your application is free. You're only charged if a prescriber approves your treatment.
• Your first payment is taken when your order is approved for dispatch.
• After that, your plan renews automatically at the length of the plan you chose: every month for a 1-month supply, or every 3 months for a 3-month supply.
• Each renewal is charged to the same payment method until you cancel.

How to cancel.

• Email info@friend-of-dorothy.co.uk at least 48 hours before your next payment date.
• Cancellations received less than 48 hours before a payment will take effect from the following renewal.
• There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Changing your plan. To change your dose or switch between a 1-month and a 3-month supply, message the clinical team from your account. Dose changes are reviewed by a prescriber.

Refunds.

• If you cancel in time, you won't be charged again.
• Once a medicine has been dispensed, it can't be returned or refunded. Medicines can't be re-used once they've left the pharmacy, for safety reasons.
• Your statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied items are not affected.

Ongoing prescribing. Each renewal is subject to clinical review. If a prescriber decides the treatment is no longer suitable, your plan will be stopped and you won't be charged.

2. Supplement subscriptions

How billing works.

• When you subscribe to a supplement, you're charged at checkout.
• After that, you're charged automatically at the length of the subscription you chose, for example every month for a 1-month subscription or every 3 months for a 3-month subscription.
• Each order is charged to your saved payment method until you cancel.

How to cancel.

• Email info@friend-of-dorothy.co.uk at least 48 hours before your next payment date.
• You can also pause, skip or change your subscription in your account under My subscription.
• Once an order has been charged and sent for dispatch, it can't be cancelled.

Refunds. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (see Returns below).

3. Free gifts

• Free products included with a plan or subscription (for example, CUM and Big D*ck Energy with Hard Anytime) are provided with each qualifying order while your plan is active, subject to availability.
• If an item is unavailable, we may substitute a product of equal or greater value.
• Gifts have no cash value, stop when your plan ends, and aren't refundable.
• Free supplements are food supplements, not medicines. They don't affect whether, or what, treatment is prescribed.

4. Price changes

If the price of your plan or subscription changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before the new price applies. You can cancel before then at no cost.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll try again and email you. If it still can't be taken, your order will be held until your payment details are updated.

6. Returns (supplements and other non-medicine products)

This applies only to products bought directly from our website. For products bought elsewhere, contact that retailer.

• We'll refund or exchange unopened products returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
• Refunds go to your original payment method once we've received and checked the return. They can take a few working days to appear.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept opened or used products unless they're faulty.
• Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded free of charge.
