Functional training helps your body move better in everyday life, building strength, stability and coordination in ways that go far beyond the gym.
In this class you’ll work through full-body exercises across all movement planes, using a mix of resistance including bodyweight, barbells, kettlebells and dumbbells. The sessions are varied, dynamic and accessible whether you’re new to training or already experienced.
But this event is about more than fitness.
It’s about bringing gay men together.
Too many of us live in big cities surrounded by people, yet still struggle to meet new friends or feel part of a community. These sessions are designed to change that — creating a relaxed, welcoming space where gay men can move, laugh, chat and connect while doing something positive for their bodies.
You’ll be training alongside a small group of other guys, making it easy to start conversations, meet new people and build genuine friendships.
