We try our best to make sure all items make it to you safely. However if you receive any items that are damaged or faulty on arrival then we will issue a replacement product free of charge or offer a refund. 

Returns for Subscription Customers

With all subscription orders, due to the nature of the automatic shipping every 30 days, we require a minimum of 3 business days notice prior to your order being shipped if you wish to cancel or amend your subscription. Once a subscription is triggered (and you receive an email confirming it is being shipped) it is sent for immediate dispatch. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to issue a refund.

 

Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

We understand that plans can change. While we are unable to offer refunds, tickets may be exchanged for another event, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at orders@friend-of-dorothy.co.uk at least  5 working  days before the event date.

Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made before the event takes place
  • Exchanges are subject to availability for the alternative event
  • Any difference in ticket price must be settled at the time of exchange
  • Tickets may only be exchanged once

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Returns Policy

This returns policy applies only to products purchased directly from our website. If you purchased your products from a retailer or another online store, please contact them directly for their returns and refund policy.

Unopened Standard Products

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on unopened standard products returned within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible, products must:

  • Be unopened and unused.

  • Be returned in their original packaging.

  • Be in a resalable condition.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Please note that, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.
